How long does it take process an order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be process. We process orders Monday through Friday.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as paypal.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your package by logging into your account. You will receive an email with your tracking number from either. FEDEX or UPS within 24 hours of your purchased product being shipped. You can track your package to your doorstep with this number.

How long does domestic ground shipping take?
All domestic orders are shipped from Miami Beach, FL via FedEX Please allow 3-5 business days from your order to be processed shipping: No delivery to PO boxes in the United States. Need a faster shipping method? Next Day Air: $50 Orders placed by 10am EST with expedited shipping are processed the following business days.
How long does international shipping take?
We offer Free international shipping worldwide. International Orders are shipped via DHL from our Europe warehouse. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and up to 10 business days for your package to arrive.
Taxes and Duties: Please note that shipping charges are separate from taxes and duties. All taxes and duties must be covered by customer.

Can I reroute my package to a new address once it has already been shipped?
No packages can be rerouted.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery to email info@smokexmirrors. co with a return/exchange reason and obtain a return authorization number. Orders returned without a valid RA# may face a delay in processing and a refund may not be approved. All returns pieces must be unworn and in original packaging.
What happens once I have my return authorization number (RA#) and my return is approved?
Once you have received your RA#, please ship the return/exchange piece to the address provided. PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE COVERED BY CUSTOMER. NO RETURN SHIPPING LABELS WILL BE PROVIDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Can I return Smoke x Mirrors item purchased at a third party retailer?
Merchandised purchased from a third party retailer cannot be returned through our online store. The only way to return Smoke x Mirrors merchandise purchased from a third-party retailer would be to contact the retailer directly.
What is the cost of return?
All return shipping costs must be covered by customer. No return shipping labels will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
All sale items are FINAL SALE
What condition does the merchandise have to be in to be eligible for return?
All merchandise must be returned within 14 business days. In Unworn and like-new condition with the original hangtag and packaging attached in order to receive a full refund. Smoke x Mirrors reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.
Why do my glasses not look identical to the product shot shown online?
Every single one or our frames is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Our frames are all made with cellulose acetate, which varies from batch to batch. This means that there can be slight pattern and color variations.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once we receive your return we will refund you immediately, Returns usually take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company. The amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.
How long until the refund is issued?
Refunds are only issued after merchandise has passed our quality control check. Refunds are automatically processed in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show on your bank statement.
