Our Shipping Policies
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.
Please note any orders placed from July 1, 2021- July 16, 2021, orders may take an additional 5 business days to process, due to reduced office hours during this time.
USA Domestic Shipping Options and Rates
All domestic Smoke x Mirrors packages are shipped via Fed Ex and we offer four different shipping options for delivery within the United States.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing.

// Three Day Select (3 to 4 business days) - $20
// 2nd Day Air (2 business days) - $25
// Next Day Air (1 business day) - $35
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or Hotels.
Tracking Your Order
You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:

Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes several items, they may be sent to you in individual packages from different locations. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific package and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.
At this time, we can only ship to some countries outside the United States. Due to either carrier restrictions and/or exceptional conditions, we may be prevented from shipping to a specific Country of destination. Please email us at email@example.com, to inquire if we can ship to a specific country.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying customs, duties, and/or VAT. We have no control over how much your taxes will be, so please take it into consideration. If a package is refused and we are charged shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from the original order before a refund is credited.
Our international orders are shipped via TNT or FEDEX. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed, and an additional 7-12 business days to receive your package.
After Smoke x Mirrors has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation will include a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your order at any time on the courier’s website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you love what you ordered from Smoke x Mirrors. But in the event that you don't, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org , before mailing the item you wish to return, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization.

Please note, returns of Smoke X Mirrors products that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below will be rejected by Smoke X Mirrors and sent back to the Customer or Gift Recipient.
Returns of full-priced merchandise can be accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. Gift cards cannot be returned and we cannot accept any returns directly from a customer that was purchased at one of our authorized retailers.
The Customer or Gift Recipient should retain proof of return shipment. Only merchandise received by Smoke X Mirrors will be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that were not received by Smoke x Mirrors.
Upon receiving a return shipment, Smoke X Mirrors will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Conditions to Return a Product
Smoke X Mirrors products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them.
Smoke X Mirrors will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (“QC”) by Smoke X Mirrors to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, Smoke X Mirrors will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the Customer or the Gift Recipient, as applicable, without a refund. If the returned product satisfies QC, Smoke X Mirrors will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Only Customers are eligible to receive refunds once a product is returned to Smoke X Mirrors. In no event will a Gift Recipient be eligible to receive a refund.
If a Customer's return complies with the return policy, Smoke X Mirrors will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the Customer's credit card, no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item by Smoke X Mirrors.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund. Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for refund. All sale purchases are final.
International customers ship their returns or exchanges at their own expense. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions you may have.
Smoke x Mirrors currently offers exchanges on merchandise purchased within 14 days of original purchase date. If you are looking for a different shape and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item. Once the new order is placed, please email or call one of our customer service associates with both the existing and new order number, customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.
